The Landlord & Letting Awards were introduced in 2009 with the aim of recognising and rewarding excellence and contribute to raising standards in the private rented sector.

We are the only award winning family landlords in Lancaster, we have over 38 years of experience, offer great houses, simple processes and friendly efficient communication.
